Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider, is seeking a reconciliation specialist to manage daily VA and Convenience store transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, resolve discrepancies, maintain SLAs, and support ongoing improvements in operational efficiency in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct daily reconciliation of VA and Convenience store transactions.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve reconciliation discrepancies, transaction anomalies, settlement issues, or other issues that will impact the user's experience.
• Maintain SLA/timetable of reconciliation tasks, daily update transaction data.
• Participate in weekly alignment to discuss problems and solutions in the running week.
• Suggest initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation.
