Job summary

PT. Rock Wellness Investments is seeking a polished, service-oriented receptionist to be the face of our wellness experience in Bali. You will handle membership inquiries, tours, appointments, and member support, ensuring a warm and professional first interaction for guests and members.

You’ll coordinate tours and registrations, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with Wellness and operations to deliver smooth experiences. A strong focus on presentation and proactive service is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, Guest Relations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in English.
• Confident, warm, and excellent in communication.
• Good appearance and professional presentation.
• Service-minded and comfortable interacting with guests and members.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Currently based in Bali.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

We’re looking for a confident, well-presented, and service-oriented person to be the face of our Wellness experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and members, handling membership inquiries, facility tours, appointments, and member support while creating a warm and professional experience from the first interaction.

What You’ll Do

Handle membership inquiries and provide information about our facilities, services, and programs.

Arrange and coordinate facility tours and membership appointments.

Assist prospective members throughout the membership registration process.

Support and communicate with existing members.

Follow up on membership inquiries and prospective members.

Coordinate with the Wellness and other operational teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Maintain accurate membership information and handle related administrative tasks.

Represent the House of Kairos brand with professionalism and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, Guest Relations, or a similar role.

English proficiency is required.

Confident, warm, and excellent in communication.

Good appearance and professional presentation.

Service-minded and comfortable interacting with guests and members.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Currently based in Bali.

Available to join as soon as possible.
