Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle all payment transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, and ensure correct billing for all orders.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer, perform daily cash reconciliation, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Keep the cashier counter clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, or ongoing offers when required.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer data.
• Support daily restaurant operations and assist with closing duties as needed.
