Job summary

FazWaz Indonesia seeks experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our Bali operation. You will handle qualified inbound leads, advise local and international buyers, conduct viewings, manage negotiations, and close transactions—with internal legal, operations, and marketing support.

Role requires at least 3 years in sales or related roles, Bali/Lombok experience preferred, and willingness to work daily from FazWaz’ offices in Berawa or Uluwatu. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in sales, account management, or other commercial roles, including at least 1 year in real estate — Bali or Lombok experience preferred
• Real estate brokerage certification (Sertifikasi LSP) is highly beneficial but not strictly required, we can start the process to get you trained and certified
• Willing to work from office daily at Fazwaz’ office in Berawa or Uluwatu

• You will qualify clients properly and guide them through the full buyer journey
• You will conduct professional consultations, viewings, and follow-ups
• You will maintain clean CRM records and clear client communication
• You will close sales and manage transactions from inquiry to completion

• You will participate in training sessions both internally and externally, and work towards becoming a Certified Real Estate Broker

About the Role

• Coachable: Willing to learn, improve, and operate within a structured system
• Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, fluent in English, additional spoken languages are highly beneficial
