Job summary

Nusantics in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Project Associate for Research & Development to support cross-functional project delivery from initiation to completion of research projects.

You will assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring expenses and maintaining organized documentation across the R&D archive. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment and exposure to product packaging development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Research and Development, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana) is considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Agile and adaptable mindset to manage shifting priorities and dynamic project needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sr. Project Associate throughout project phases and clinical trials including initiation, design, execution, and completion of research projects.
• Collaborate with Sr. Project Associate in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist expenses monitoring of each Research and Development team to ensure alignment with other departments.
• Manage and maintain the organization and neatness of the Research and Development archive, ensuring proper foldering, version control, and easy accessibility of project documentation.
• Co-manage reimbursable invoices reconciliation process and purchase requests.
• Engage and collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the effective and efficient completion of Research and Development projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, including contributing creative ideas and supporting the development of product packaging.
