Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Research Project Coordinator to manage administrative tasks, recruit participants, and serve as the primary contact for study participants in Jakarta. You will ensure protocols are followed and data is accurately collected across sources, coordinating with doctors, analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of GCP and clinical trials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with active professional license.
• Strong written and spoken English communication preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to the research project.
• Ensure research processes strictly follow study protocols and maintain accurate data collection from all sources.
• Recruit participants, provide comprehensive information about the project, and serve as the primary contact person for study participants.
• Coordinate effectively with the study team, including doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on study activities to the CRS team.
