You will handle PR reviews, warehouse admin tasks, and collaborate with QC, PPIC, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate stock reporting and smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Excel/Sheets for data processing; ERP familiarity a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical abilities for inventory admin and stock reconciliation.
• Strong communication, proactive, organized and able to collaborate across departments.
• Disciplined, responsible, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against documents (PR, PO, DO, Packing List) and coordinate checks, QC, and delivery arrangements.
• Perform daily warehouse and inventory data administration, including stock transfer records (SR/RR), invoice uploads, and ERP entries (e.g., Accurate, KLB steps).
• Participate in regular physical stock opname (Finished Goods, MWH, RND/Operational pipelines) and assist in stock discrepancy/adjustment across group entities.
• Handle Purchase Requests (PR) for warehouse consumables, review service invoices, and manage general warehouse admin documentation.
• Collaborate with QC, PPIC, Finance, and Operations to maintain smooth material flow and accurate stock reporting.
