Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemistry with a minimum GPA 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in formulation development preferred.
• Formulation development, lab setup, and knowledge of laboratory devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-formulations, proto-typing and product development of dosage forms including Existing Product Development (EPD) and Innovation projects.
• Create formulations using measurement techniques to characterize and predict product behavior over time.
• Research new technology, raw materials, cost analysis, stability studies, and performance evaluation in laboratory settings.
• Maintain collaboration with regulatory and cross-functional project teams to ensure timely product launches.
• Review and monitor data from ongoing experiments to ensure protocols are followed and problems are resolved quickly.
• Develop new procedures for more efficient experiments or studies to advance knowledge in the field.
