Job summary

PT DIC Graphics, based in Karawang, West Java, is seeking an R&D Formulation (Chemistry) professional to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on developing and optimizing chemical formulations for diverse products while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct lab experiments, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products. A master's degree in chemistry and strong formulation knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry (S2) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry with formulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate and optimise chemical compositions.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and testing to evaluate performance, stability and efficacy.
• Document procedures and results with clear, organised records.
• Collaborate with production, QA and marketing to translate formulation concepts into viable products.
• Analyse raw materials and assess their suitability for formulations.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements in chemical formulation.
• Support scale-up activities for pilot and full-scale manufacturing.
