About the role

PT DIC Graphics is seeking a talented R&D Formulation (Chemistry) professional to join our dynamic research and development team. This is a full-time position based in Karawang, West Java, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising chemical formulations for our innovative products. This position is critical to our company's mission of creating high-quality, sustainable chemical solutions that meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will be at the forefront of our formulation development efforts, contributing directly to the success and competitiveness of our product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Develop, formulate and optimise chemical compositions for various product applications, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Conduct laboratory experiments and testing to evaluate the performance, stability and efficacy of formulated products

Document all experimental procedures, results and findings in a clear and organised manner, maintaining comprehensive technical records

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance and marketing to translate formulation concepts into commercially viable products

Analyse raw materials and assess their suitability for use in product formulations, maintaining supplier quality standards

Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective measures to resolve technical challenges

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory requirements in chemical formulation

Support scale-up activities by preparing formulations for pilot production and full-scale manufacturing

Prepare technical reports, presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory submissions as required
