Job summary

PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia in Indonesia is seeking a Research and Development specialist in Building Materials to support project-based initiatives, adjust formulations, document results, and review specifications.

This role focuses on designing Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets for existing and new product development, with emphasis on epoxy/PU flooring, admixtures, and protective coatings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of experience handling projects within the building chemical industry
• Technical expertise in formulating and manufacturing Epoxy or PU Flooring, Admixtures, and Protective Coatings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot, Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for project-based initiatives, including formulation adjustments, documentation, and specification reviews
• Design Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets for existing and new product development
