Job summary

Nuanu in Bali seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, estimating, BoQ production and tender analysis for complex building projects. Cost control, pricing knowledge, and risk management will be key, with the role focusing on market rates and tender reports for a global-era

About the Quantity Surveyor:

• Able to communicate in English
• Possess good commercial buildings project background
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
• Able to interpret, understand, as well organize construction and buildings plans and specifications
• Cost planning, estimating and BoQ production
• Performing risk and value management and cost control functions
• Have Knowledge of pricing / market rates
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports
• Undertaking costs analysis project work
