China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates for construction projects. You will monitor costs, evaluate quotations, and manage variation orders while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, quantities, and progress to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Prepare and manage variation orders, progress claims, and payment certificates.
Conduct cost analysis and support cost control throughout the project.
Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams regarding quantities and commercial matters.
Prepare regular cost and commercial reports for project management.
Ensure all quantity and cost documentation is properly maintained.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Experience in warehouse, industrial building, factory, or similar construction projects is required.
Good understanding of construction methods, BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and project costing.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple project teams.
Good command of English is preferred.
Willing to be based at the project site in Karawang.
