Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Experience in warehouse, industrial building, factory, or similar construction projects is required.
• Good understanding of construction methods, BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project costing.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple project teams.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Karawang.

• Prepare regular cost and commercial reports for project management.
• Ensure all quantity and cost documentation is properly maintained.
