Job summary

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) seeks a QA/QC professional to develop, implement, and monitor project quality control procedures on our Karawang site. You will inspect works, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout construction.

You will prepare and review ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, and quality reports, coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors, and drive corrective actions to meet project quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Experience in warehouse, industrial building, factory construction.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and documentation.
• Familiar with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, inspection checklists, and quality reports.
• Willing to be based at project site in Karawang.
• Good command of English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, contractors, and relevant project teams.
• Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor and maintain project quality records and documentation.
• Support the project team in achieving project quality targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on outstanding quality issues.
