Alfred H Knight seeks a Quality Officer for its Balikpapan-based team in Indonesia, supporting the Quality and HSE Manager with QMS maintenance, NCR and CAPA processes, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Public Health, or Chemistry and has at least 3 years' experience with ISO 17025/17020, along with strong proficiency in MS Office and LIMS.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking capabilities to analyze complex issues and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong skills in data gathering, information synthesis, LIMS, and professional report preparation.
• Capability to manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), corrective actions (CAPA), proficiency testing, and risk assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs, supervise staff, and manage resources efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
• Professional discipline and maturity to maintain team accountability and project alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on Quality Programs to support the Quality and HSE Manager.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality documentation.
• Manage NCR and CAPA processes, proficiency testing, and risk assessments.
• Assist internal and external audits for adherence to standards.
• Support preparation for ISO 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation.
