• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs, supervise staff, and manage resources efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
• Professional discipline and maturity to maintain team accountability and project alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on Quality Programs to support the Quality and HSE Manager.

PT AHK Testing Indonesia provides independent analysis and inspection services to the metals, minerals and solid fuels industries. The Quality Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Quality and HSE Manager to coordinate and report on AHK Quality Programs while supporting preparation for Laboratory Accreditation based on ISO 17025:2017 standards. This position is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), controlling quality documentation, managing NCRs and CAPA processes, and supporting internal and external audits.
