Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking a Site Supervisor for PT AHK Testing Indonesia in Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park, Central Sulawesi. You will oversee the laboratory team, ensure accurate analyses for nickel matte and raw materials, and act as a liaison between the Site Manager and staff to maintain ISO compliance.

The role requires leadership in a high-compliance environment with strong organizational and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in laboratory techniques and equipment (IRS, Calorimeter, Ultimate Analyzer).
• Plan and implement laboratory method development and validation work.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards (ISO 17025, 45001, 14001).
• Strong organizational abilities to manage workflows, schedules and resources.
• Effective communication with staff, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the laboratory team and ensure timely completion of analyses.
• Bridge between Site Manager and laboratory staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards and company policies.
