Job summary

Alfred H Knight, through its Indonesia entity PT AHK Testing Indonesia, is seeking an HSE Coordinator based in Balikpapan. You will coordinate and report on HSE programs, support ISO 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation preparations, and act as HSE representative for the Kalimantan region.

Key duties include investigating incidents, conducting audits, and developing safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. A background in laboratory HSE within mining, minerals or FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential HSE management system knowledge and experience.
• Experience implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures.
• Strong data reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on HSE programs and ISO 17025:2017 readiness.
• Investigate workplace incidents and conduct regular audits.
• Develop and implement new safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on HSE matters.
