Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead quality across PCBA/EMS manufacturing. You will oversee IQC, IPQC, PQC and OQC processes, drive KPI improvements, and coordinate with production to resolve defects.

Fluency in Mandarin and basic English are required, with strong leadership to manage a quality team. Responsibilities include data-driven quality control, use of SPC/FMEA/8D, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as Quality Management or Electronics.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor in PCBA/EMS electronics manufacturing.
• Solid PCBA manufacturing and quality management experience.
• Experience handling quality from incoming materials to final shipment.
• Knowledge of IQC, IPQC/PQC, OQC and QC tools.
• Familiar with SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly processes.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Able to analyze quality data and set KPIs and improvement plans.
• Proficient with measuring and inspection equipment (LCR meters, PCBA testers).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Mandarin Chinese: Fluent; English: Basic communication.
• Able to communicate with Chinese management and internal teams.
• Strong team leadership and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality operations from incoming inspection to final shipment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IQC/IPQC/PQC/OQC processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor, preferably in PCBA / EMS electronics manufacturing.


• Solid experience in PCBA manufacturing and quality management is required.


• Experience managing quality from incoming material through production and final shipment.


• Good knowledge of IQC, IPQC/PQC, OQC, and overall manufacturing quality control.


• Familiar with SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, and other electronic manufacturing processes.


• Good understanding of quality management tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.


• Able to analyze quality data and establish appropriate quality KPIs and improvement plans.


• Familiar with electronic measuring and inspection equipment, such as LCR meters, PCBA functional testers, and other relevant measuring instruments.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.


• Mandarin Chinese: Fluent, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
