Job summary

PT. BUANAIKA SYAHPUTRA is seeking a Quality Services Leader to manage QC/Quality Services teams and ensure finished goods meet quality standards before shipment.

The role requires knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA and 5 Why, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, 5S, plus strong leadership, Excel skills, and the ability to drive corrective actions and audits in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily QC operations, handle CAPA data, and respond to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading QC/QA teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, 5S and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Services/QC/Selector team: schedule work, arrange shifts, conduct morning briefings.
• Train staff on sorting procedures, measurement tools, and form completion.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
• Provide final approval of finished goods before shipment to customers.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO and QC release stickers on finished goods.
• Control selector results to prevent defects reaching customers.
• Check marking and safety lines in QC/FG areas.
• Create and update SOPs, Instructions, and Work Instructions for Quality.
• Manage audit documentation: daily QC reports, selector reports, reject data, CAPA records.
• Handle customer complaints: create 8D Reports/CAPA, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, respond within 24 hours.
• Calibrate measurement tools: scales, calipers, vernier calipers, etc.
• Ensure all finished goods shipped are 100% acceptable.
• Take responsibility for selector and QC staff work results.
• Ensure accuracy of QC reports without manipulation.
• Provide improvement ideas to reduce rejects and complaints.
