Job summary

PT SIMONE ACCESSARY COLLECTION in Indonesia seeks a Quality Control Leader to oversee the QC team, ensure inspections meet quality standards, and drive continuous improvements across operations.

You will develop inspection schedules, analyze defect data and trends, identify root causes, coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments, and create comprehensive reports on findings and achievements for management review.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of quality management concepts, defect control, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents.
• Experience creating quality reports and processing data using Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to coordinate actions with other departments to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of quality control.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with quality standards, SOPs, and company regulations.
• Lead, organize, and evaluate the performance of the Quality Control team.
• Develop inspection schedules and ensure inspections are conducted consistently.
• Analyze inspection results, defect data, and quality trends periodically.
• Identify root causes of quality non-conformities using appropriate analysis methods.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Ensure non-conforming products are handled, segregated, and documented correctly.
• Create reports on inspection results, quality findings, corrective actions, and achievements.
