FamilyMart Indonesia is seeking a Quality, Service, & Cleanliness (QSC) Auditor to assess and ensure store compliance with company standards across our Indonesian network. The role involves evaluating service quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience in line with QSC metrics.

The ideal candidate has prior auditing experience, familiarity with ISO 9001, and a strong focus on continuous improvement in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must have relevant auditing experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience as a Quality Assessor is desirable.
