Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Record Control Analyst in Batam to manage Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), certificates and traceability data for project milestones. You will generate Certificates of Conformance (CoC), obtain approvals, and upload MRB into Baker Hughes and customer repositories, ensuring no backlog.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain strict attention to detail under tight deadlines, and support the inspection process (NOI/ITP) to deliver final product

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in engineering or similar technical discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing industry.
• Prove ability to understand and apply the established procedures.
• Prove the ability to work in tight deadlines and high-level attention of details.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams on matters of quality and final product acceptance.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work as a team.
• Experience in similar role and industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile the MRB with scope, material certificates, traceability and records; include ITP data and test reports.
• Generate Certificate of Conformance (CoC) as per product requirements.
• Obtain client and/or certification body approvals through the defined channel.
• Upload the MRB into Baker Hughes and customer document repositories.
• Manage NOI and arrange third-party inspector per the ITP.
• Communicate with internal/external parties to clarify and complete the RB.
• Ensure on-time MRB delivery with no backlog.
