Qualifications
- Diploma or technical high school with 3 years experience.
- Experience in inspection and measurement of component parts in manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
- Detail-oriented with dimensional inspection skills.
- Knowledge of hardness testing and phosphate inspection.
- Familiar with hydro test parameters and verification.
- Experience in test and assembly inspection.
- Knowledge of QMS and HSE awareness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee final quality of products and maintain inspection records.
- Perform dimensional, hardness, phosphating tests and report results.
- Verify gauges and tool calibration; ensure NCRs for non-conformities.
- Support First Article and in-process inspection activities.
- Maintain traceability records and conform to QMS.
- Participate in Quality & HSE programs and drive improvements.
