Job summary

Baker Hughes in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Record Control Analyst to deliver the documented output from the manufacturing process (MRB) to clients as part of final project milestones. You will compile MRB data, generate Certificates of Conformance, obtain client approvals, and upload documents to official repositories.

You will coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery, manage inspections as per the ITP, and maintain strict data integrity and traceability across

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in engineering or similar technical discipline with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Understand and apply established procedures.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on quality and final product acceptance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Compile the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) as per related data inputs and scope of works.
• Generate Certificate of Conformance (CoC) per product requirements.
• Obtain client and/or certification body approvals via the agreed channel.
• Upload MRB into Baker Hughes and customer document repositories.
• Manage Notification of Inspection (NOI) and arrange third-party inspectors as per ITP.
• Communicate with internal and external parties for clarifications and RB completion.
• Ensure on-time MRB delivery without backlog.
