Job summary

J&T Cargo in Jakarta seeks a Quality Improvement Analyst to monitor processing time limit appeals, address abnormal feedback, and investigate abnormal events to identify root causes and corrective actions.

You will prepare event reports, coordinate with multiple teams, and help implement SOPs and quality initiatives, with strong Excel/data-analysis skills and 1–2 years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Quality Control, Operations, Process Improvement, Logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Able to handle follow-ups, coordinate with multiple teams, and manage cases until resolution.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, especially in handling reports, documentation, and case tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data analysis/reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on processing time limit appeals to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Handle and follow up on abnormal feedback and operational issues reported by agency areas.
• Monitor and investigate abnormal events and coordinate with relevant teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain abnormal event reports, including issue details, impact, follow-up actions, and resolution status.
• Follow up on requests related to fine reduction and exemption, ensuring proper review and supporting documentation.
• Analyze recurring operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement.
• Coordinate with agency, operation, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of improvement actions and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality issues, appeals, abnormal cases, and improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of SOPs, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives to reduce operational errors and improve service quality.
