Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and support process improvements in logistics. The role emphasizes translating business needs into actionable requirements and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience, good Mandarin, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
Good command of Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Problem-solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and efficiency strategies.
Requirements collection: collecting, recording and validating business requirements for new projects or plans.
Communication: Effectively convey findings, recommendations, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
