Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Risk Data Analysis or System Solution within banking or financial services.

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and stakeholders to understand root causes behind QA findings and regulator concerns.
• Prepare and analyze data to provide triggers and insights supporting QA assessments.
• Work with partners and business units to improve data and process quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and compliance.
• Analyze QA findings to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct predictive analysis to identify potential risks and emerging concerns before they impact performance or regulatory compliance.
• Develop data quality improvement initiatives for Credit Support & Control, Operations, and AML to improve regulatory reporting quality.
