Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia seeks a Quality Controller (Electrical) to inspect electrical and LLE works per approved drawings and project standards. You will monitor panel installations, conduct continuity and insulation testing, and verify cable and LLE systems installation.

You’ll identify non-conformities and help drive corrective actions. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, English communication, and 2 years’ QA/QC/inspection experience in MEP projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (D3) required.
• 2 years of experience as Quality Controller.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures for MEP construction.
• Able to communicate in English (oral & written).
• Experience in Electrical/LLE Quality Control or Inspection.
• Good understanding of panel installation, cable systems, and LLE systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and monitoring of Electrical & LLE works per drawings, specs, and project standards.
• Inspect panel installation and termination, including cables, busbars, and circuit breakers.
• Perform and monitor electrical testing, including Continuity, Megger, RST, and Harmonic tests.
• Inspect cable systems, including routing, grouping, installation, and materials/accessories.
• Inspect LLE systems, including CCTV, Lighting, and Door Access systems.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and review inspection checklists, test reports, and QC documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and related teams to ensure quality standards compliance.

Good understanding of electrical inspection and testing activities

Good understanding of panel installation, cable systems, and LLE systems
