Job summary

PT MAGNET SOLUSI INTEGRA is seeking a Quality Control Assistant Manager to lead the QC/QA teams, drive process control, and uphold exceptional quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 5+ years in quality control/assurance with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong QMS knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication in English. East Java on-site role with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (S1) required.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Control/QA or Process Control.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Experience in tobacco/cigar/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, KPI, CAPA, RCA and CI.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team to achieve targets.
• Plan QC and QA activities across production process.
• Establish and maintain the QMS per applicable standards.
• Implement QC and QA activities across production.
• Apply Process Control and Quality Improvement methodologies to drive consistency.
• Oversee calibration of measuring equipment and document control.
• Monitor quality performance via KPIs and data.
• Analyze data and prepare management reports with KPIs, CAPA, and RCA.
• Lead problem-solving with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to strengthen quality performance.
• Maintain firmness, discipline, and integrity while working independently.
