Job summary

PT Willson Surya Unggul is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team in our cable manufacturing facility. You will oversee inspectors, ensure compliance with ISO and GMP, and drive continuous improvement across production.

This role requires 3–5 years in quality control with 1–2 years in supervision, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a quality control role, with 1-2 years in supervision in Cable Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP and quality standards.
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure coverage during production hours.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and protocols.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality control reports and metrics.
• Ensure records meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Communicate quality trends and improvement areas to management.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant working environment and update procedures for changes.
