Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the quality control team ensuring product quality aligns with customer specs and IPC standards. You will supervise inspectors across IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, ensure compliance with Control Plans and drawings, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in a similar role, and ISO/IATF internal auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
• Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of QMS, SPC, FMEA, QC plan and root cause analysis (5 Why and Fishbone).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with 8D methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule daily activities for quality inspectors across IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC.
• Ensure inspectors follow the Control Plan, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain QC resources for NPI and mass production.
• Ensure proper containment actions for defects.
• Provide feedback to QE, PE, and Production on non-conformances.
• Support CAPA and root-cause analysis for internal issues and RMAs.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of QC tools.
