Job summary

PT Hankook Tire Indonesia is hiring a dedicated Quality Control Staff to join the quality control team at the Cikarang manufacturing site. This full-time role focuses on maintaining peak product quality and safeguarding brand reputation across our operations.

The candidate will support audits, manage quality documentation, and help implement error-proofing in production processes, requiring a bachelor degree in engineering and experience in auditing or MR roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of quality management principles and ISO 14000 & IATF.
• Good communication skills and ability in English; Korean is an advantage.
• Auditing or Management Representative experience (min 1 year).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

PT Hankook Tire Indonesia are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Staff to join our quality control team at our manufacturing in Cikarang, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality throughout our manufacturing operations. As a Quality Control Staff member, you will be responsible for This role is essential to protecting our brand reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive global market.

Key responsibilities

Assist and prepare audit (Certification audit & OE audit)

Analyze and improve quality audit (Identify, report, follow up report audit)

Control and manage document standard all department

Control error proof system at production process

What we're looking for

Bachelor degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering

Basic understanding of quality management principles and ISO 14000 & IATF

Good communication skills and ability in English, Korean Language is advantage

Experience as auditor or Management Representative (Min. 1 year)

Have skill in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Vehicle Services & Repair 1,001-5,000 employees
