Job summary

PT Hankook Tire Indonesia is hiring a dedicated Quality Control Staff to join the quality control team at the Cikarang manufacturing site. This full-time role focuses on maintaining peak product quality and safeguarding brand reputation across our operations.

The candidate will support audits, manage quality documentation, and help implement error-proofing in production processes, requiring a bachelor degree in engineering and experience in auditing or MR roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of quality management principles and ISO 14000 & IATF.
• Good communication skills and ability in English; Korean is an advantage.
• Auditing or Management Representative experience (min 1 year).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare audit (Certification audit & OE audit).
• Analyze and improve quality audit (Identify, report, follow up report audit).
• Control and manage document standard for all departments.
• Control error-proof system at production process.
