Job summary

PT Kreditku Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control professional to monitor and evaluate the quality of agent desk collection services, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and OJK regulations. The role involves identifying violations, reviewing templates, and producing routine quality reports.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in QC within fintech lending, strong analytical abilities, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 1 year QC experience in Fintech P2P Lending.
• Understanding of OJK regulations and customer service/collection standards.
• Assertive, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of agent desk collection services via calls, chats, and other media.
• Ensure agent desk collection complies with applicable SOPs.
• Identify potential SOP violations, compliance issues, and ethical breaches by agent desk staff.
• Conduct sampling and flooring of debt collection templates for quality checks.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on violations and quality metrics.
