Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• Experience as a team leader of quality control field collection or supervisor for at least 2 years.
• Good knowledge in collection, quality control, or internal audit.

Responsibilities

• Identify process measurements, especially for QC Field collection Agent.
• Create a performance management system.
• Plan and collect data from the QC Field.
• Monitor performance QC Field.
• Manage to review and analyze data from QC Field.
• Support process management framework and methodology.
