Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality control/quality assurance with 3+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with testing and inspection methods for manufactured goods.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control programs and procedures.
• Oversee all stages of the quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
• Lead and train the quality control team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and ISO certifications.
