Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control or manufacturing supervision.

• Experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise incoming quality control inspections to ensure materials meet standards.
• Monitor and guide QC staff, provide training and performance feedback.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products per procedures.
• Document inspection results and maintain QC records for traceability.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality concerns and defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with toy safety regulations and customer specs.
• Prepare QC reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Assist in training staff on quality standards and safety protocols.
