Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a manufacturing company in Cikarang seeking an Incoming Quality Control Supervisor for medical equipment. The role focuses on coordinating incoming inspections and supplier management to maintain high product standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering, has English proficiency, and at least two years in IQC/QA roles or five years in incoming quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• High level of English communication is required.
• Minimum 2 years in IQC/QA supervision or 5 years in Incoming QC in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the incoming inspection process for all products.
• Develop new suppliers and monitor current supplier performance.
• Coordinate part problem follow-up with suppliers.
• Supervise quality checks, testing, and sampling to maintain product standards.
• Evaluate and authorize quality reports, corrective measures, and related documentation.
• Ensure company production is aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF).
