Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) in Indonesia, with 7–10 years of field experience. The role involves supporting multi-disciplinary project execution at construction sites and ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Travel to sites is expected; you will contribute to design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities while maintaining strong leadership and customer focus across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in mining and/or resources industry advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites.
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management.
• Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong customer focus and leadership skills.
• Understand and apply the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project scope is clear and changes comply with project change management processes.
• Assist with and, if required, prepare proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Contribute to studies, analyses and recommended actions.
• Prepare and/or oversee production of detailed designs, drawings, specifications and reports.
• Participate in meetings, prepare progress reports and follow procedures.
• Assist during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Prepare requisitions, conduct bid evaluations and write purchase orders.
