RGE is seeking a QC Laboratory Lead to oversee daily QC activities, calibrations and data analysis in our laboratory. You will ensure adherence to SOPs and ISO 17025 standards while guiding and mentoring the QC team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 3–5 years in QC labs, with hands-on experience in NIRS/HPLC and GC-MS/ICP-MS instrumentation. Expect a dynamic, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years in QC laboratories, preferably in palm oil refining, edible oil processing, or oleochemical industry.
• Experience operating NIRS, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS; ISO 17025 implementation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily QC laboratory instrument activities, verify test results, analyze data and prepare reports.
• Oversee operation, calibration, verification, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, analytical methods and ISO/IEC 17025 principles, safety and quality management procedures.
• Supervise, train and evaluate QC laboratory personnel to ensure competency and productivity.
• Prepare performance reports, maintain calibration records, support audits and drive continuous improvement.
