Job summary

Nusantics Group is seeking a QC Lead to supervise quality control across raw materials, packaging, and laboratory reagents, ensuring adherence to procedures. You will also oversee in-process QC, issuing CoA when results meet specifications, and perform library prep and sequencing using Illumina platforms.

Ideal candidates have a biology/chemistry background, NGS experience, and GMP/GLP familiarity, with strong pipetting skills and hands-on lab leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, or related major.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in QC and laboratory operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in lab/research roles, including NGS workflows in academic or industry settings.
• Experience in PCR, qPCR, electrophoresis, nucleic acid extraction, and NGS library preparation.
• Excellent pipetting skills.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, CPAKB, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025 is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC inspections on raw materials, packaging, and consumables per established procedures.
• Lead in-process QC and issue CoA when results meet standards.
• Perform library preparation, QC, and sequencing runs on Illumina platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during testing and inspection activities.
