Job summary

Indesso is seeking a QC Supervisor to lead laboratory activities, implement quality systems, and drive continuous improvement in analysis and documentation. You will oversee ASLT and sensory testing, coordinate audits, and manage calibration and method validation for new products.

You will work with a strong team to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GLP, while enhancing laboratory efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food tech, chemistry, or chemical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update lab management system and procedures.
• Develop and standardize analytical methods for new lab instruments.
• Monitor calibration, validation, and testing activities.
• Coordinate external audits on QC and lab documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Lead and develop lab team members.
