Job summary

Pt Persol Recruitment Indonesia is seeking a diligent Quality Control Engineer to oversee product quality and process integrity at their Tangerang facility. You will develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–4 years in quality control, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in SPC and quality analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication with production and management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications.
Manage and maintain quality control documentation and records.
