Job summary

PT DAYACIPTA KEMASINDO is seeking a Planning and Quality Control professional to lead QC activities from incoming materials to finished products and to drive ISO implementations at our Tangerang site.

The role requires a Bachelor in engineering, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and strong leadership to advance the company’s vision. Willingness to work six days a week at Tangerang is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic leadership to articulate company vision and mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control all Quality Control activities from incoming material, in-process, outgoing, testing, and ISO implementation.
• Prepare an annual calibration program for laboratory and production equipment.
• Control quality of products.
