Job summary

PT Intera Lestari Polimer is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee finished goods QC, ensure compliance with standards, and supervise the production QC inspections in our plastic manufacturing operation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering, 2 years in plastics QC or product development, proficiency in Excel and QC software, knowledge of the 7 QC Tools and color matching, and willingness to work shifts at our Balaraja site in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development or Quality Control in the plastics industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with QC software and the implementation of the 7 QC Tools.
• Understanding of the color matching process.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC inspection processes for finished goods to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
• Conduct QC inspections during production to prevent product nonconformities.
• Monitor QC team schedules to ensure alignment with production timelines.
• Oversee and control the use of QC equipment and facilities to ensure smooth inspection processes.
