Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is representing a manufacturing client in Tangerang seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across production, ensuring products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and implement the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), lead audits, manage the QA/QC team, drive continuous improvement, and have authority to stop production for non-conformities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Business English proficiency for technical communication with foreigners.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as QA/QC Manager in cable manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven experience in leading QA/QC teams and driving quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure products meet customer specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Establish and monitor quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality objectives across manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Analyze quality performance, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, customer audits, and certification audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach the QA/QC team through training, competency assessments, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare quality reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to management for operational improvements.
• Support management on strategic quality initiatives and have the authority to stop production or reject non-conforming products when quality standards are not met.
