Zusammenfassung

PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk seeks a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affair Executive to oversee certification and regulatory compliance across its distribution network. You will ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory manuals, updating procedures as required and coordinating audits of distribution facilities.

The role requires strong knowledge of CDOB/CDAKB, plus the ability to influence stakeholders and manage risk.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: Apothecary.
• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Strong CDOB/CDAKB knowledge.
• Ability to influence others and drive results; problem solving and risk management.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external parties preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate certification and compliance with CDOB/CDAKB, Corporate Quality Manual Distributor and related regulations for all branches.
• Ensure consistent compliance with the quality system (CDOB, CDAKB, Corporate Quality Manual Distributor).
• Update and evaluate procedures and documents in line with CDOB, CDAKB and distributor regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits of distribution facilities.

• Coordinate in charge of all branches for certification and compliance with CDOB/ CDAKB, Corporate Quality Manual Distributors and regulations related to finished product distributors.
• Ensure consistent compliance with the quality system (CDOB, CDAKB, Corporate Quality Manual Distributor)
• Updating and/or evaluating procedures and documents in accordance with CDOB, CDAKB, Distributor's Corporate Quality Manual and regulations
• Conduct periodic audit of distribution facilities
