• Ensure DC/Branch processes align with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to address audit findings and non-conformities promptly.

Purpose Of The Role

The purpose of the Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance Assistant role is to ensure that all activities at branch are consistently conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as internal quality standards.

This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, safeguarding product quality and safety throughout the distribution process, and supporting operational excellence by ensuring effective implementation of quality systems at the branch level.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for overseeing all legal aspects at the Distribution Center (DC)/ Branch related to applicable Pharmaceutical and Health Laws and Regulations.
• Act as the Quality Representative, ensuring that quality standards and requirements are properly implemented at the DC/Branch, while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure that DC/ Branch operational processes are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs, as well as applicable regulations issued by relevant health authorities and the requirements of applicable certifications.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on findings from internal and external audits, ensuring that identified non-conformities are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

What Will Make You Successful :

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and Registered Pharmacist (with available STRA)
• Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to be placement in Pontianak.

• Understand GSDP for Pharma and Medical device (CDOB & CDAKB) are advantageous.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics and warehousing best practices.
