Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to analyze testing requirements and design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend apps. You will ensure quality before deployment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product stability.

The role involves supporting CI/CD integration and RPA initiatives, with a focus on banking automation and on-site work in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university
• Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript)
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred: Banking automation experience is highly desirable
• Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta)

Responsibilities

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.

• Perform automation testing to ensure quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support RPA initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
